Hi friends,

We are the Robinson family and we are raising funds and awareness for the bleeding disorders community by participating in the UNITE for Bleeding Disorders Walk in the fall. We were blown away by the support for our previous walks the last three years and so grateful for our community.

2023 was a big year for us in our journey with Hemophilia. 

- Axel had his first surgery since his diagnosis - he has his adenoids removed. 

- He started school for the first time and has an amazing school nurse caring for him. 

- He also had his first ever bleed - this was a scary moment for us but his care at MGH was amazing and his home care in the following days was made so easy but our great home care team.

- I was the walk chair for NEHA's annual walk and Team Axe Factor proudly raised the most money  at the walk.

Here's hoping 2024 is a bit less eventful bleeding wise and even more successful fundraising wise!

Through all of these big events, NEHA was by our side to support us and help us understand anything we were unsure of.
