RECOGNITIONS & PRIZES

Join us in person. Register and join us at Liberty Station Park on Saturday, October 26, 2024 and walk a 5k.

Join us virtually. Have friends or relatives that live out of town? This is a great chance to invite relatives or friends to donate to a great cause and support the San Diego bleeding disorders community.

Support HASDC! More than ever people living with bleeding disorders in San Diego and Imperial Counties are in need of our support. Make a team or join an existing team. Reach out to family or friends to support our mission and consider making a personal donation if you are able.

We walk to support all those who are affected by bleeding disorders - hemophilia, von Willebrand disease and other rare factor deficiencies. This event is open to everyone who wants to support improving the lives of those with bleeding disorders in San Diego and Imperial Counties.

The Unite Walk is our biggest fundraiser to support our mission and programming efforts. Your support has allowed us to continue to provide our camping program as well as providing patients, caregivers, and family focused programs throughout the year. Funds raised from the Unite Walk will not only allow our programming efforts to continue but will allow us to assist more families in our community that need an extra hand during difficult times.

Whether you've been with us from the beginning or you are new to the Walk program, we invite you to join us in making this the best walk possible. We're challenging our community with a goal of $40,000. We know you can do it!

Much more than just a fundraising event, the Unite for Bleeding Disorders Walk brings together individuals affected by bleeding disorders, their families, friends, and supporters who want to support a great cause. The Unite for Bleeding Disorders Walk attracts people of every age and background from parents with infants to grandparents and everyone in between – including more than a few four-legged friends (must be on a leash). Everyone shows up on Walk day to share experiences and enjoy each other’s company.

The Hemophilia Association of San Diego County (HASDC), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization,
has been serving individuals with bleeding disorders in San Diego and Imperial Counties since 1954. Our primary mission is to support individuals with bleeding disorders and their families through community events, educational programs, and advocacy. We partner with hemophilia treatment centers and other community-based organizations to promote optimal health and well-being for the bleeding disorders community.
