The Unite Walk for Bleeding Disorders is this Saturday. We have already surpassed last year’s total and every minute we are getting closer to reaching our $100,000 goal.
Raising money and awareness for people with bleeding disorders is my life passion. Over the past 20 years I’ve seen this community come back from the horrible reality of being devastated by HIV, to today having safe effective medications that allow our children and adults to live life without limitations. Our organization – BDAI – works each day to make sure people with bleeding disorders are defined by what they do – not what they have. We can only do this important work with your support.
So – I am asking you to consider a contribution to this year’s walk. You can quickly and easily do this by clicking on this link. And – for every donation – I am sweetening your support. I just returned from my families’ farm with lots of jam and jelly. I have strawberry, raspberry and peach jam. I have spiced apple and grape jelly. And, I have apple chutney and peach butter. I will get this to you right away – in fact – I’m bringing it to the Walk with with me. I will also ship – boxes are all ready to go.
Please let me know if you have any questions about this request. I urge you to join me in moving BDAI forward and more importantly – continuing to help each and every family in Illinois with a bleeding disorder having the resources they need!
