We are back and excited to come together to participate in the 2026 Unite for Bleeding Disorders Walk, a fundraiser to support the bleeding disorders community! All money raised stays within our community and funds crucial advocacy, education, research, and support services.
Colin’s Crew has grown! From our high school and college friends to our kid’s preschool, elementary school and sports we are lucky to have you in our lives. Colin is now 9 years old and his "crew" has been walking since 2017. To celebrate we have new shirts!

As many of you know, Colin has Severe Hemophilia A. Since it has been a while, I wanted to share more about bleeding disorders and what Colin has been up to. While there are other types of bleeding disorders, there are approximately 30,000 males in the United States with Severe Hemophilia A and Colin is one of them. Severe Hemophilia A is a genetic bleeding disorder caused by a missing clotting factor, in Colin’s case his blood is missing factor VIII. The severity is based on the percentage of clotting ability his body has, he falls into Severe which means his clotting level is less than 1%, normal levels range from 50%-150%.
We have been fortunate to attend bleeding disorder events that are made possible by donations and they are a huge help for us.
