Join us on Saturday, August 26, at north-side of Sloan's Lake for the 14th Annual Unite for Bleeding Disorders Walk! The Unite for Bleeding Disorders Walk unites those with bleeding disorders with family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers to support important programs and services to help people with Hemophilia, von Willebrand Disease, and other rare bleeding disorders in our community.
The funds generated from our Walk will be used to help Colorado Bleeding Disorders Community
continue the overall mission to :
Promote patient advocacy and blood safety for everyone
Support families in need by offering assistance with medical bills travel to and from the treatment center, and other medical devices
Provide quality education, awareness, and advocacy throughout the year
Provide a support network to all our community members
Create and increase awareness about bleeding disorders
Your support means continued education, support groups, and patient assistance for our members in need. By participating in our Unite Walk, you are raising critical funds and awareness for our mission to find better treatments and prevent the complications of these bleeding disorders through education, awareness, advocacy, and research. Also, showing each other the strength & unity of the Bleeding Disorders Community.
Please consider starting a team, joining an existing team, being an individual walker, or making a donation. Every dollar is a step in the right direction and brings us closer to our goal! If you're not sure who to donate to, check out our amazing list of teams! Make sure to click on their link to see why they walk.
This is a day where our community and everyone who supports it comes together to celebrate each other, support each other, and share a beautiful day together. The event will include a light breakfast, a DJ, and fun for people of all ages! This is a dog-friendly event, so bring your pups!
